Ewan StradlingCEOPrior to founding BMS Finance, Ewan has worked with a broad range of companies, most recently as Group CFO for the Netdecisions Group of companies. He was responsible for the group’s commercial, legal and finance functions. His recent experience includes board positions at Agilisys, Netdecisions, Fluency Voice Technology, Steel Trace and The First Resort, as well as numerous corporate transactions.
Prior to joining the Netdecisions group, Ewan worked for Investec Henderson Crosthwaite in the corporate finance department. He specialised in M&A within the small and mid-cap TMT sector.
Martin LingFinance DirectorMartin is a chartered accountant with over seven years experience as a financial analyst. Prior to working for BMS Finance, Martin worked for the Netdecisions Group within the investment and finance teams and for the Virgin Financial Services Group. He has extensive financial analysis experience specifically within IT and software companies.
Lee TurkelHead of Sales & DistributionLee has had a lengthy and varied career in finance, working both in the City of London and on Wall Street at institutions including ING Barings and Chase Manhattan Bank. She has been involved in the hedge fund industry, creating innovative product structures and marketing prime brokerage services. She has provided financing, utilising traditional and derivative instruments, to global traders, producers and consumers of all commodities, managing a banking team and serving on bank credit committees. Lee has also marketed and executed corporate finance transactions in Eastern Europe and the CIS.
Ivan MactaggartDirector of Film & Media FundsIvan has 17 years experience working in feature film financing in the UK. He was previously Head of Business Affairs at Baker Street Media Finance and for film sales agent The Works, Films Manager for BBC Worldwide and Business Development Manager at BBC Films. He began his film career at the Scottish Film Production Fund (the forerunner to Scottish Screen), funding Scottish feature film and television projects, and was instrumental in establishing the Glasgow Film Fund, the UK’s first film location incentive fund. He has been involved in the financing of a number of successful feature films including SHALLOW GRAVE, BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM and BILLY ELLIOT.
Erica WattMarketing & Investor RelationsErica has worked in financial marketing for the last seven years. Prior to working for BMS Finance, Erica coordinated the global sales and marketing activity for Fabien Pictet & Partners’ Emerging Markets Funds. The role involved extensive client liaison regularly representing the company in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and many other cities throughout the world.
